Founder & Senior Managing Partner with over 27 years of experience. Attorney-at-Law before the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos), active member of the Athens Bar Association. Holds a Master of Business Law (MBL) from the Universities of Geneva & Lausanne. Specialises in commercial & civil law, real estate, residence permits and cross-border matters. TÜV NORD certified in anti-money laundering compliance.
Partner & Attorney-at-Law before the Court of Appeal
Co-founder of Torvas & Associates Themelius Law Firm. Her practice focuses on civil law and immigration law, with particular emphasis on real estate transactions, foreign investments and Golden Visa procedures. She holds a postgraduate specialisation in Civil Law and New Technologies from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with focus on data protection, digital law and intellectual property.
